Loch Lomond

The extension on this house was built into the hillside and needed some high drystone retaining walls.

The Trossachs

Before and after shots of repaired gable. The building was pre-1850 and the skews - the large stones making the apex- were sliding off. Beneath them the iron fixings were rusting away. We removed the skewcope and skewputs, replaced the rusted fixings with stainless steel and relaid and repointed with lime.

Kilmun

Repairing an old boundary wall in Kilmun towards the end of summer 2012.
